Shipping Policy
Shipping for U.S. and Canada:
For US only, all orders under $75, not counting sales/state tax, will be charged with a flat rate of $10 for shipping. (Excluding special promotions). Any orders over $75 will qualify for free shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your orders.
A tracking number will be sent out within 48 hours of processing the order. It is the receiver’s responsibility to track the package once it has shipped. We are not responsible for lost/missing packages.
We regret that we do not currently offer international shipping other than Canada. Please note, taxes and duties are not included and it is the customers' responsibility to pay these fees separately when the order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
Lost/stolen items marked as delivered:
At Wick Weebs, we understand that the loss or theft of packages can be a frustrating experience. We want to assure you that we take these incidents seriously and have policies in place to address such situations.
If a box is lost in the mail and the tracking information never updates or shows delivery, we will initiate a search with the postal service to locate it. Should the box be found, we will arrange for it to be sent to you promptly. However, if the box cannot be located, we will file a claim with the postal service. If the claim is approved, we will send out a replacement to ensure you receive your order. We kindly ask for your patience during this process, as these matters are dependent on postal procedures.
In the event that a package is lost during transit, meaning the tracking information is not updating or showing delivery, we will work closely with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package is located, we will arrange for it to be sent to you as quickly as possible. However, if the package cannot be found, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is approved, we will promptly send out a replacement. Please understand that resolving these matters may take time, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
It is important to note that while we do our best to ensure the safe delivery of your packages, Wick Weebs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been marked as "delivered." If a package has been marked as "delivered" by the postal carrier and you are unable to locate it, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements. The tracking information serves as evidence that the package was safely delivered by the carrier, and any further issues are beyond our control.
Incorrect Address:
You are responsible for entering the address correctly. Please make sure to double check if the shipping address is entered correctly. If an address is entered incorrectly on the customer's part, Wick Weebs is not responsible for resending or retrieving the items. You will not be refunded for your items.
