When will I receive my order?

At Wick Weebs, we want to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our valued customers, which includes transparent order processing and shipping terms. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive your items within 1-3 business days.

For international orders, we appreciate your patience as delivery times may vary. It may take up to 7-28+ days to receive your order due to factors such as customs processing and international shipping logistics. We understand the anticipation of receiving your items and assure you that we are doing our best to facilitate timely delivery.

To ensure the highest quality of our candles, we prioritize shipping from Monday through Thursday. This approach minimizes the chances of your candles sitting in warehouses or delivery trucks for extended periods or being exposed to suboptimal climates. Our commitment is to deliver your candles in pristine condition, just as they left our hands.

During peak periods of high order volumes, such as sales or holidays, there may be a slight delay in shipments. We kindly ask for your understanding as we work diligently to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will proactively communicate with you via email, keeping you informed throughout the process.
